Delete Your Account

You can delete your Invoice My Job account at any time. When you delete your account, all your personal data, jobs, clients, and invoices will be permanently removed from our servers.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open the Invoice My Job app
  2. Tap Settings (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.

Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.

Note: If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it in Google Play or the App Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  1. Your profile and email address
  2. All jobs and work logs
  3. All clients and companies
  4. All invoices and documents
  5. Your subscription and billing history

Data that may be retained for legal or tax compliance purposes will be anonymised and kept only for the minimum period required by law.
